Founded by a group of individuals dedicated to sharing their passion with others, we are based in Umkomaas, Durban, and offer affordable monthly holiday accommodation membership subscriptions and once-off bookings (18 years or older). The Classy Joint offers stylish beach holiday accommodation packages/subscriptions with 420 benefits included in your booking. Choose between 5 nights or 2 nights of accommodation and enjoy the flexibility to book your holiday accommodation dates at a fixed rate with no price fluctuations for a 12-month period. The South African Constitutional Court has decriminalized the personal use of cannabis by adults in private settings. This means that individuals are now able to consume cannabis in their own homes or on private property. However, the sale of cannabis remains prohibited.
​
Upon acceptance of your private membership, all members are invited to enjoy their preferred cannabis products in the designated areas of the Holiday Lodge. To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking cannabis or tobacco products is not permitted in the rooms; however, each room has its own private patio where members are welcome to smoke.
The Classy Joint Accommodation
The Classy Joint offers guests stylish rooms with private patios that overlook the breathtaking Indian Ocean. Each room can accommodate up to two people and can be arranged with either a king-sized bed or two single beds. All rooms are en-suite and come with showers, as well as all necessary bathroom amenities.
Bathing and swimming towels are provided for your convenience at check-in, and additional laundry facilities are available upon request.
The Classy Joint's Coffee Shop is a must-visit destination. Offering a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as savory and sweet snacks, there's something for everyone. Plus, there are plenty of nearby restaurants to explore for a full dining experience.

How Our Membership Plans Work
Start your Holiday on a High Note
To join our exclusive 420 Cannabis Friendly Holiday Accommodation Membership Club, you must be 18 years or older. Select the plan that you want under our Membership Plans. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a request to pay your first month’s Membership Fee based on the plan you have selected. Each plan is valid for 12 months as of the date of joining or until you cancel it, and you must use your accommodation days within this period.
As a member, you benefit from fixed rates for your selected accommodation plan throughout the year, so there are absolutely no risks of price fluctuations. This means that you can plan and budget for your holiday accommodation with confidence, knowing that the price you pay remains the same regardless of when you choose to travel.
In the event, that unexpected circumstances prevent you from using your selected holiday accommodation dates or continuing to make payments, we can make arrangements to hold your payments made to date. You can reconfirm your holiday accommodation dates when you are ready to continue with your payments (this must be done within the 12-month period). This benefit, subject to availability, ensures that you can maintain the flexibility of your holiday plans while being a member of our Club. Additionally, if you are unable to make your accommodation dates for whatever reason, you can transfer your plan to someone else within the same booking timeframe. Should any of these events occur, please contact our Reservations Desk as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Club Membership Terms and Conditions must be read and accepted, and each member must declare that they are 18 years or older. Children are not allowed at The Classy Joint. After we have received your membership application and first monthly fee, our Reservations Desk will contact you to confirm your preferred holiday dates.
